Prescription refills

If you need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Bradford Clinic OB/GYN, call your pharmacy when at least three days of your medication remain. This will give your pharmacy a chance to refill your prescription or call our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy could delay the refill process.

If you know you are out of refills, please call our office so that we can determine if the prescription can be extended or if you will need to be seen before a refill is issued.

Our office cannot handle pharmacy refill requests after hours or on weekends.

If you are having difficulty taking your medication, please let your pharmacist and our office know.
